

The Training Division announces the Internship Program at the Department of External Affairs and Cultural Diplomacy for students of Cohorts 49–50 as follows:
1. General requirements
Third- or fourth-year students majoring in: International Relations, International Law, or International Economics;
Proficient in English or French; candidates with a second foreign language (Korean or Japanese) are preferred;
Demonstrate willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility.
2. Job description: Provide support in administrative tasks and assist with projects related to drafting legal documents and policies on local diplomacy, people-to-people diplomacy, foreign NGOs, and cultural diplomacy; support event organization; handle paperwork, partner communication, and other tasks as assigned by supervising officers.
3. Number of positions: 10 students
International Law: 04 students
International Relations: 03 students
International Economics: 03 students
4. Internship duration: Minimum 06 months, requirement of 4 working sessions per week. Expected internship period: from September 2025 to February 2026.
5. Internship format: In-person internship at the Department of External Affairs and Cultural Diplomacy, No. 2 Lê Quang Đạo, Mễ Trì, Nam Từ Liêm, Hà Nội.

Selected students will receive an email notification 5 - 7 working days after the registration deadline.
To ensure fairness and seriousness in the internship application process, students who apply and are selected according to their registered preference but later choose not to participate will not be eligible for future internship rounds.
Selected interns will be under the management of the Training Division and the host institution; they must maintain a serious attitude, submit internship reports, and comply with all internship rules and procedures. Violations will be handled depending on severity.
Internship selection depends on various factors, including the actual requirements of the host institution. However, to encourage students, the Training Division will take into consideration applicants who have registered many times but have not yet been selected. Applicants must therefore declare the number of previous applications honestly.
