[29th] Internship Application Call: Placement at the Vietnamese Embassy in Turkey for Cohorts 49 & 50 - Academic year 2025 - 2026

The Training Division announces the Internship Program - Round 29 with the Vietnamese Embassy in Turkey for students of Cohorts 49 - 50 as follows:

  1. General Requirements:
  • Third- and fourth-year students of all majors;
  • Good command of English; strong skills in research and synthesis of international and regional news; ability to design communication products; enthusiasm and responsibility.

2. Job Description:

  • Carry out tasks assigned by the supervising officer;
  • Prepare reports; design and produce communication materials;
  • Research and synthesize international and regional news.

3. Number of interns: 02 students.

  1. Internship Duration:
  • Minimum 06 months;
  • Expected period: from September 2025 to February 2026.
  1. Internship Format: Remote internship (online).

📌 Notes:

  • Students wishing to apply for the internship at the Vietnamese Embassy in Türkiye shall register via the link:

  • Registration deadline: before 15:00, 25 August 2025;
  • Selected candidates will receive an email notification within 5–7 working days after the registration deadline;
  • To ensure fairness and seriousness in internship registration, students who apply and are selected according to their preference but fail to participate will not be considered for future internship rounds;
  • Selected students will be under the management of the Training Division and the host organization; they must comply with all internship regulations and procedures and are responsible for submitting their internship report. Any violations will be handled depending on severity;

Selection of candidates depends on various factors, including the actual needs of the host organization. To encourage students, the Training Division may also consider cases of students who have applied many times but have not yet been selected. Students must provide truthful information regarding the number of their previous applications.
