[30th] Internship application call: Placement at the Department of Legal and International treaty, Ministry of Foreign affairs for Cohorts 49 & 50 - Academic year 2025 - 2026

The Training Division hereby announces the Internship Program - 30th Cohort, Academic Year 2025 - 2026 at the Department of Legal and International Treaty Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, for students of Cohorts K49 - K50 as follows:

  1. General Eligibility: Students of Cohorts K49 and K50.
    2. Job Description: Conduct research, compile and synthesize information, organize and manage information databases, and perform other tasks as assigned by the Department’s leadership.
    3. Number of Interns: 05 students.
    4. Internship Duration: 03 months (expected from October 2025).
    5. Internship Format: On-site internship.

  • Students wishing to apply for the internship program at the Department of Legal and International Treaty Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, must register via the link: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/5Z5QWCu4XZ

  • Registration deadline: Before 21:00, Friday, 19 September 2025.
  • Selected students will receive an email notification within 5 - 7 working days after the registration deadline.
  • To ensure fairness and seriousness in the internship selection process, students who are selected according to their registered preference but later decline to participate will not be eligible for internship consideration in subsequent cycles.
  • Selected students will be under the management of the Training Division and the host institution; they must demonstrate professionalism, submit the internship report, and comply fully with all internship regulations and procedures. Any violations will be handled accordingly depending on severity.

  • The selection of candidates depends on multiple factors, including the practical needs of the host institution. However, to encourage students, the Training Division will also take into consideration cases in which students have registered many times but have not yet been selected. Therefore, applicants are required to provide truthful information regarding the number of times they have applied.
