DAV Team wins Vietnam National Round of PHILIP C. JESSUP 2026

From February 02 to February 05, 2026, the National Round of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition 2026 took place with the participation of leading law institutions nationwide. The team representing the Diplomatic Academy, including 05 students from Intake 49: Hán Ngọc Bảo Trân, Nguyễn Hiểu Minh, Bùi Đức Hải Sơn, Hoàng Thị Chúc An, and Nguyễn Hương Ly, excellently overcame stressful rounds to win the overall victory.

In this year's National Round, the Diplomatic Academy team demonstrated solid competence, sharp legal thinking, and persuasive advocacy skills before the international Judges. Concluding 4 days of competition, the team was honored to win all categories of the competition awards, including:

• Champion Award: Becoming the sole representative of Vietnam to participate in the International Round in Washington D.C., USA;
• Best Memorial Award;
• Best Oralist Award: Presented to student Nguyễn Hiểu Minh.

Philip C. Jessup is the oldest and most prestigious international law moot court competition in the world, organized by the International Law Students Association (ILSA) since 1960. The resounding achievement in the 2026 season not only affirms the superior and in-depth training quality of the Faculty of International Law but is also clear proof of the DAV students' capacity for global integration in the legal environment.
