On the afternoon of April 28, 2025, in Hanoi, the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam (DAV), in collaboration with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), solemnly organized the Kick-off Ceremony for the “Project for Education and Capacity Building of the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam”. This event marks a strategic milestone, demonstrating the Academy’s efforts to comprehensively modernize its infrastructure, enhance the quality of training and strategic research, and gradually elevate DAV to stand alongside leading diplomatic training institutions in the region and around the world.

On the afternoon of April 18, 2025, Dr. Nguyễn Hùng Sơn, Acting President of the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam (DAV), hosted and held a working session with the delegation from the Fund for Reconciliation and Development (FFRD) during their visit to Viet Nam from April 15 to May 1, 2025.

On April 17th, 2025, the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV), in collaboration with the Center for Education Accreditation, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-CEA), held the Institutional Accreditation Certificate Awarding Ceremony for the second cycle of institutional accreditation in accordance with the institutional education accreditation standards issued by the Ministry of Education and Training.

On the afternoon of April 10, 2025, the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam (DAV) successfully hosted China Talk 25, titled “Decoding China’s Artificial Intelligence Development.” The event welcomed the participation of numerous delegates from government agencies, research institutions, representatives of Embassies in Hanoi, as well as Vietnamese and international experts in the fields of technology and international relations. China Talk 25 was jointly organized by the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam, the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) in Vietnam, and the Foundation for East Sea Studies (FESS).
